Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of the Fog & Steam, Co. online store and any purchase you make from us. By visiting our site or placing an order, you agree to these terms.

1. Eligibility. Our store is intended for adults. By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live).

2. Products and pricing. We make every effort to display our products, colors and details accurately, but colors may vary slightly depending on your screen. All prices are in U.S. dollars and exclude sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We may change prices, discontinue products or limit quantities at any time.

3. Orders. Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may refuse or cancel any order, including for suspected fraud, pricing errors or limited stock. If we cancel an order after you've been charged, we'll issue a full refund.

4. Payment. Payment is processed securely at checkout. You confirm that you are authorized to use the payment method you provide.

5. Shipping, returns and refunds. Shipping is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Refund Policy. All sales are final; we do not accept returns or exchanges except for damaged, defective or incorrect items as described in our Refund Policy.

6. Intellectual property. The Fog & Steam, Co. name, logos, the COPPER mascot, slogans (including UNAPOLOGETIC), designs, artwork, photographs and all site content belong to Fog & Steam, Co. and may not be copied, reproduced or used without written permission.

7. Acceptable use. You agree not to use our site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to submit false information.

8. Limitation of liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fog & Steam, Co. is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of our site or products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

9. Governing law. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States.

10. Changes. We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted on this page.
