All orders ship from Palm Springs, California.

Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. International shipping is coming soon.

Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You'll receive a confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order ships.

Shipping options
Standard and Express shipping are available. Exact rates and any free-shipping offers are calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

Discreet packaging
Every order ships in plain, discreet packaging. Nothing on the outside of the box reveals what's inside.

Sales tax
All prices on our site exclude sales tax. Applicable tax is calculated at checkout based on your shipping address.

Lost or delayed packages
If your tracking hasn't updated in 7 days, or your package is marked delivered but you can't find it, email hugo@fogandsteam.com and we'll help you sort it out. Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we aren't responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
