Where do you ship?
We currently ship within the United States, from Palm Springs, California.
How long until my order ships?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as it ships.
Is the packaging discreet?
Yes. Every order ships in plain packaging with nothing on the outside that shows what's inside.
Do prices include tax?
No. Prices are shown before sales tax, which is calculated at checkout.
Free gifts
Do I get a free gift?
Yes, while supplies last. Orders of $125 or more get a free THE QUICKIE drawstring bag, and orders under $125 get a free small tote.
Returns
Can I return a jockstrap?
For hygiene reasons, jockstraps and underwear are final sale unless they arrive damaged or defective. Check our Size Guide before ordering.
What about other items?
Tees, tanks, harnesses, caps, bags, clips and bottles can be returned within 30 days if unworn and with tags. See our Refund Policy.

Where are your jockstraps made?
Our signature zip jockstraps are individually made and hand-sewn in London, England. Each product page lists the details for that style.
What are the tees made of?
A soft cotton-stretch jersey with an athletic fit, finished with a raised UNAPOLOGETIC print on the front. Check the care label inside each garment for exact fiber content.
How do I care for my pieces?
Follow the care label inside each garment. For printed tees and tanks, wash inside out in cold water and avoid ironing over the raised print.
