Please choose carefully. Once an order has been placed, all merchandise is final sale. We do not accept returns, exchanges or offer refunds on any item, including jockstraps and underwear, apparel, harnesses, caps, bags, money clips and water bottles.

Damaged, Defective or Wrong Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hugo@fogandsteam.com with your order number and a photo of the item and packaging. We'll review it and make it right.
